Booking Conditions
Booking Conditions for Perfect Day Watersports in Leigh on Sea, Southend, Essex covers all courses and activity days.
Covid 19 no one with any symptoms or who has been asked to isolate should attend the course.
All course participants should be able to swim at least 25 metres and be water confident. An approved buoyancy aid MUST be worn when afloat and when launching or recovering boats.
Course members should be in good general health and not suffering from the effects of drink or drugs.
Course members must wear suitable footwear (trainers or watersports shoes) at all times. Please bring a change of clothing, towel and suncream. Clients are advised that they should bring their own waterproof clothing Plus a change of clothes/towel.
Should we have to cancel the course for any safety related reason or due to adverse weather, you will be offered a refund or a space on an alternative Perfect Day.
From time to time authorised photographic or video recording may take place during sessions. The images used may be used for promotional or coaching purposes.
Perfect Day Watersports have the right to change the programmes in the event of sickness, poor weather or where there are concerns for safety.Please be aware that all activities offered have a higher risk of accidental injury. Participants accept that risk. We do not accept responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage unless proven negligent.
If you cancel your booking, the following conditions apply, If you notify us ten or more working days before the start of the course we will refund your course less a £20 administration fee. If you notify us within 10 working days of your course we will refund 50% of your fee. If you do not inform us in advance that you will not be attending we will not make a refund.
Public liability insurance is provided with a £3,000,000 limit. The RYA approved training centre, RYA Instructors, RYA Senior Instructors, RYA Coaches or as agreed do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered by persons and/or their property arising out of or during the course of their activities whilst training and/or coaching and/or instucting unless such injury loss or damage was caused by, or resulted from negligence or deliberate act.
